Multi-County Noble Foundation Tour will be May 25th and 26th. There will be a multi-county tour of the Noble Foundation in Ardmore, Oklahoma on May 25 and 26th of 2016. The following counties are ask to participate; Gregg, Harrison, Panola, Rusk and Upshur. The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation is an independent, nonprofit institute headquartered in Ardmore, Okla.
